Soul's Offering is the limited-time Player Project that arrived with ARC Raiders Live Update 2.3.0 on October 27, 2026. It has four stages, three weapon rewards and two cosmetics at the end, and it closes on November 16. Most of the shopping list is easy. Five brand-new trinkets are not, and the Stage 3 Epics are where most raiders get stuck. This guide lists every requirement and reward, gives you the full shopping list in one table, and shows where each item comes from, which ones you can buy or craft, and where the real grind is.
Quick answer: Soul's Offering runs October 27 to November 16, 2026 (20 days). Stage 1 needs 1 Dead Flowers, 2 Rock Salt, 15 ARC Alloy and 1 Expired Respirator. Stage 2 needs 3 Dead Flowers, 2 Railway Lantern, 15 Advanced ARC Powercell and 10 Remote Raider Flare. Stage 3 needs 2 Fancy Plate, 1 Mask Fragment, 1 Insulation Roll and 5 Fertilizer. Stage 4 asks you to set off a firework on the rooftop of the Santa Maria Houses (Old Town, Buried City). Rewards are a Stiletto II, Torrente II and Vulcano I plus attachments, three Fireworks Boxes, the Pilgrim backpack and the Offering Display Table design (Soul's Offering, ARC Raiders Wiki).

Key Takeaways
- Deadline: 20 days, ending November 16, 2026. Projects unlock at Raider level 20, per the wiki's Projects page.
- 11 different items, 58 units in total across Stages 1 to 3 (19 for Stage 1, 30 for Stage 2, 9 for Stage 3). Stage 4 needs only a firework.
- Five of those items are new in 2.3.0: Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lantern, Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment. They're all trinkets, and none of them can be recycled or salvaged.
- Stage 2 is the volume grind (15 Advanced ARC Powercells). Stage 3 is the luck grind (three Epic drops).
- Two items can be bought or crafted instead of looted: Remote Raider Flare (Shani, 810 each) and Insulation Roll (14 Fabric at Refiner 1).
- Keep one Fireworks Box. Stage 3 pays out 3 of them, and Stage 4 needs one.
What is the Soul's Offering project?
It's a temporary Project, the same system as Ascending the Mountain and Phantom Targets before it. You hand in materials at each stage, collect a reward bundle, and move to the next one. Embark's 2.3.0 notes frame it as a memorial to raiders lost topside:
"As brutal stories from Pendola Pass trickle into the cantinas, Celeste is encouraging members of Speranza to pause and honor the fallen." (Live Update 2.3.0, Embark Studios)
Each of the first three stages builds a shrine for one of Toledo's contradas: Vaulto, Ferrovia and Murteta. The fourth stage, Honor The Fallen, is a short trip to a Buried City rooftop.
The same patch also moved the Emperor's best loot deeper into the wreck, raised Heavy Shield base charge from 80 to 90 and let six blueprints drop in any major map condition. None of that changes the project, but the blueprint change is a reason to run major conditions while you farm.
What does each Soul's Offering stage require and reward?
Here's everything from the wiki's stage tabs in one place.
| Stage | Requirements | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Construct Vaulto's Offering | 1 Dead Flowers, 2 Rock Salt, 15 ARC Alloy, 1 Expired Respirator | Stiletto II, Extended Barrel I, Angled Grip II, Stable Stock II |
| 2. Construct Ferrovia's Offering | 3 Dead Flowers, 2 Railway Lantern, 15 Advanced ARC Powercell, 10 Remote Raider Flare | Torrente II, Compensator III, Extended Medium Mag III, Stable Stock III |
| 3. Construct Murteta's Offering | 2 Fancy Plate, 1 Mask Fragment, 1 Insulation Roll, 5 Fertilizer | Vulcano I, Shotgun Silencer, Extended Shotgun Mag III, 3 Fireworks Box |
| 4. Honor The Fallen | Set off a firework on the rooftop of the Santa Maria Houses | Pilgrim (Backpack) cosmetic, Offering Display Table design |
The weapons cover three classes. The wiki lists the Stiletto as an Uncommon battle rifle on Light Ammo, the Torrente as a Rare LMG on Medium Ammo, and the Vulcano as an Epic shotgun. The attachments are tuned to them: Stage 2's Extended Medium Mag III suits the Torrente, and Stage 3's Shotgun Silencer and Extended Shotgun Mag III suit the Vulcano. Our Stiletto and Bantam guide covers how the Stiletto plays.
What is the full Soul's Offering shopping list?
This is the table to screenshot before you drop in. Sell values and stack sizes come from each item's wiki page.
| Item | Total needed | Stage | Rarity | Sell value | Stack |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dead Flowers | 4 | 1 + 2 | Uncommon | 640 | 5 |
| Rock Salt | 2 | 1 | Uncommon | 640 | 5 |
| ARC Alloy | 15 | 1 | Uncommon | 200 | 15 |
| Expired Respirator | 1 | 1 | Rare | 640 | 3 |
| Railway Lantern | 2 | 2 | Rare | 3,000 | 3 |
| Advanced ARC Powercell | 15 | 2 | Rare | 640 | 5 |
| Remote Raider Flare | 10 | 2 | Common | 270 | 3 |
| Fancy Plate | 2 | 3 | Epic | 7,000 | 3 |
| Mask Fragment | 1 | 3 | Epic | 7,000 | 3 |
| Insulation Roll | 1 | 3 | Epic | n/a | 3 |
| Fertilizer | 5 | 3 | Uncommon | 1,000 | 5 |
Two things stand out. First, the new trinkets stack small, so a full shopping run eats several backpack slots. Second, the Stage 3 Epics are worth real coin: 2 Fancy Plates and a Mask Fragment sell for 21,000 combined. If you only want the Vulcano, decide before you sell any of them. Our best items to sell guide covers what else is worth cashing in.

Where do you find every Soul's Offering item?
The wiki pages for the new trinkets are still stubs, so the location tags below are the only community-wiki pointers so far. Where the wiki has nothing, we say so rather than guess.
The new trinkets: Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lantern, Fancy Plate, Mask Fragment
- Dead Flowers (need 4). The wiki tags them Old World, Residential and Commercial. This is the one players complain about most, because you need four and they drop one at a time. Clear houses and shops, not industrial zones.
- Fancy Plate (need 2) and Mask Fragment (need 1). Both are Epic and both are tagged Old World. In the r/ArcRaiders Mask Fragment thread, players report pulling Mask Fragments from Old Town on Pendola Pass, from a large house just south of the Piazza della Rupe extract, and from Buried City residential. One player found five Mask Fragments before a single Dead Flowers, so expect uneven luck. Treat these as player reports, not guaranteed spawns.
- Rock Salt (need 2) and Railway Lantern (need 2). Both are listed as scavenged, but the wiki doesn't give a location tag for either yet. Loot every container while you run the Old World and residential routes above, and check the wiki again later in the event.
None of these five can be recycled or salvaged, so there's no crafting shortcut. Every one comes from a container.
ARC parts: ARC Alloy and Advanced ARC Powercell
- ARC Alloy (need 15) drops from destroyed ARC machines and from recycling some ARC parts. Fifteen is one full stack, and you'll collect it naturally over two or three raids.
- Advanced ARC Powercell (need 15) is the biggest volume cost of the project. The wiki lists 12 ARC sources, including Bastion, Bombardier, Leaper, Rocketeer, Sentinel, Surveyor, Vaporizer, Comet, Courier, Queen and Matriarch. Run a map condition with plenty of mid-size ARC and loot every carcass. Each powercell only counts once you've extracted with it.
Everything you can buy or craft
- Remote Raider Flare (need 10). Shani sells it for 810 coins, so ten cost 8,100. You can also craft it at Utility Station 1 for 2 Chemicals and 4 Rubber Parts once you've learned the blueprint. Buying is usually faster.
- Insulation Roll (need 1). Craft it at Refiner 1 from 14 Fabric, or loot one. This is the easiest Epic in the project.
- Expired Respirator (need 1). It's tagged Medical, so search medical containers and bags.
- Fertilizer (need 5). It spawns in garden beds, with the wiki naming the greenhouses in the Village on Blue Gate and the Hydroponic Domes on Dam Battlegrounds. It also drops from Wicker Baskets.
How do you finish Stage 4 at the Santa Maria Houses?
Stage 4 has no item turn-in. You need to set off a firework on the rooftop of the Santa Maria Houses. According to the wiki's Digging Up Dirt quest page, the Santa Maria Houses are in Old Town on Buried City. If you've already done that Celeste quest, you've been on this roof before. It's the rooftop with the roof hatch you open to reach the dead drop courtyard.
How to do it cleanly:
- Bring a Fireworks Box. Stage 3 gives you three. Don't use or sell all of them before Stage 4. If you already did, per the Fireworks Box wiki page Shani sells them for 6,000 coins, 3 per day, and you can craft one at Explosives Station 2 (1 Explosive Compound + 3 Pop Trigger) with the blueprint.
- Get up top before you deploy. The Fireworks Box is a deployable that you trigger remotely, so place it on the roof itself, not in the street below.
- Watch for other raiders. Fireworks are loud and bright, and you're on a rooftop. Clear the area, set it off, then head for extraction.
Is Soul's Offering worth finishing?
Yes for most players, with one caveat about timing.
- Stage 1 is almost free. The ARC Alloy and Respirator come naturally, so the only real hunt is 1 Dead Flowers and 2 Rock Salt. A Stiletto II and three attachments for that is a good trade.
- Stage 2 is where you choose. 15 Advanced ARC Powercells plus 8,100 coins of flares is a real investment. The Torrente II with Compensator III and Extended Medium Mag III is a strong LMG kit, so it pays off if you run medium-ammo loadouts.
- Stage 3 costs you 21,000 coins of Epics. You get a Vulcano I with its silencer and mag, plus the Fireworks Boxes that unlock Stage 4. If you were going to sell those Epics anyway, the Vulcano is a fair price for them. Our Vulcano blueprint guide covers the permanent version.
- Stage 4 is the cosmetic payoff. The Pilgrim backpack and Offering Display Table design only come from this event. Once the project closes on November 16, they're gone.
Recommended order: work on all three trinket stages at once. Because you can contribute to any number of Projects simultaneously, every Old World container you open moves you forward. Hand in Stage 1 as soon as you have the Dead Flowers and Rock Salt, then put your powercell farming into Stage 2. Leave a buffer of at least a week before November 16 for the Epics, because RNG on Mask Fragments and Fancy Plates is what pushes people past the deadline. If you're juggling this with Trophy Display or the Outpost, our Projects priority guide ranks what to fund first.
Short on raids before November 16? The 15 Advanced ARC Powercells are the biggest volume grind in the project, and you can skip it.
- ARC Raiders Materials, from $0.02: ARC Alloy, Advanced ARC Powercells and other materials delivered.
- Frozen Trail Runs, loot farm: Pendola Pass runs with materials and gear farmed for you.
FAQ
When does Soul's Offering end in ARC Raiders? It runs for 20 days, from October 27 to November 16, 2026. After that you can't earn the remaining stage rewards, including the Pilgrim backpack and Offering Display Table design.
Are Dead Flowers, Rock Salt and Mask Fragment new items? Yes. The wiki lists Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lantern, Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment as added in Update 2.3.0. That's why players who had played since Frozen Trail hadn't seen them before.
Where do I find Mask Fragment for Soul's Offering? The wiki tags it Old World. Players have found it in Old Town on Pendola Pass, in a large house south of the Piazza della Rupe extract, and in Buried City residential buildings. It's Epic, so expect it to take a few runs.
Can I recycle the new Soul's Offering trinkets? No. All five new trinkets have no recycling or salvaging output. Each one is either a project turn-in or sold for coin (640 to 7,000).
Where are the Santa Maria Houses for Stage 4? In Old Town on Buried City. It's the same rooftop used in Celeste's Digging Up Dirt quest. Bring one of the Fireworks Boxes from the Stage 3 reward and set it off on the roof.
Do I need to finish the stages in order? You turn the stages in one after another, but you can collect items for all of them at the same time. Pick up every new trinket you see from the first raid onward. That way the later stages won't be the bottleneck.
