That first-party deadline takes precedence over a tracker leaving JRNY2SKY in a livestream section without clearly marking it expired. How do you redeem ZZZ codes in the game?
Current Eurogamer and Pocket Tactics instructions place the redemption requirement at Inter-Knot Level 5. On a new account, continue the opening progression if the option is not yet available. Once unlocked, the basic route is:
- Open Zenless Zone Zero on the character that should receive the items.
- Open the main menu.
- Select More or More Features, depending on the displayed menu label.
- Choose Redemption Code.
- Paste one code into the field and confirm.
- Open Mail and claim the delivered reward.
Do not paste the whole table row. The code field needs the string, not its reward, the word “active” or the date it was checked. Clearing the field before each attempt is especially useful on mobile, where clipboard selections can include surrounding spaces.
The menu screenshot illustrates the redemption button, not a claim that every interface element is unchanged in every platform build. How do you redeem codes on HoYoverse's website?
Use the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption page. You do not need to enter your password into a code-list website or share an account with somebody offering to claim rewards for you.
- Sign in with the HoYoverse account linked to your game character.
- Select the correct server.
- Check that the character nickname is the intended recipient.
- Enter one supported code exactly as shown.
- Select Redeem and read the response.
- Open the game and claim the reward through Mail.
The server and nickname checks are not optional bookkeeping. A correct code cannot fix an account/server selection that points to the wrong character. If the nickname cannot be obtained, verify the login and selected server before repeatedly submitting the same string.
The official form's instructions explain that redeemed items are delivered through in-game mail and must be claimed within the mail's validity period. Successful submission and collecting the items are separate actions. Check the response first, then check Mail; do not assume the currency was credited merely because the form accepted your input.
Website redemption and in-game redemption are alternative routes to the same reward, not separate reward pools. Claiming a code through the browser does not make it available for a second claim through the game on that character.
Why is a ZZZ code not working?
Start with the actual error message rather than assuming every failure means the code is fake. The most useful troubleshooting order is spelling, eligibility, previous use, then expiry. Preserve the distinction between an account-specific failure and a global status claim.

If a reward does not appear immediately after a successful response, Eurogamer recommends restarting the game and checking Mail again. Before contacting support, note which character and server you selected, the code entered and the exact response. Do not post account credentials or personal account screenshots in a public help thread.
An “already redeemed” result is not a server-wide expiry announcement. Conversely, seeing somebody else's success screenshot does not establish that your character is eligible. These are different questions, and treating them separately avoids most unnecessary retries.
Do these codes guarantee an Agent or change your pull history?
The listed rewards are currency and materials, not a named Agent. A code redemption is not a Signal Search result. Do not interpret free Polychrome as a guaranteed Phoenix, a pity reset or a separate opportunity to undo your previous search result.
A fresh player question during this check concerned reading the order of search-history entries and understanding which result happened first. The reward total is intentionally narrower than a promise of every free item available in Version 3.3. Update compensation, login rewards and event rewards have their own requirements.
