Looking for Honkai Star Rail codes that actually work right now? HoYoverse hands out redemption codes that turn straight into free Stellar Jade, the premium currency you spend on Warps, plus Credits, Traveler's Guides, Fuel and event items. Most of them die fast, so the "150 working codes!" lists you'll see elsewhere are mostly dead weight. This page lists only the codes we could confirm across several independent trackers as of October 22, 2026 (05:20 UTC), during Version 4.6 Phase 2. It also shows how to redeem them on the web or in-game and keeps a dated record of what has already expired, so you don't waste time typing in dead codes.
Quick answer (TLDR): As of October 22, 2026, seven Honkai: Star Rail codes are active: RT4BPNA8FBS3, PEARLAPPRAISE, OMEGA, CREATIONNYMPH, FAREWELL, IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS and the new-player code STARRAILGIFT. Together they're worth up to 340 Stellar Jade, which is just over two Warps. RT4BPNA8FBS3 and PEARLAPPRAISE are the Version 4.6 codes and the ones most likely to expire. The four word codes are long-running Easter-egg codes with no announced end date. The 4.6 livestream codes expired on September 21, 2026, and the next batch should come with the Version 4.7 Special Program, which we project for roughly October 30 to November 4 ahead of 4.7's expected November 11 launch. Redeem at hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift or in-game. Last checked: October 22, 2026, 05:20 UTC.
What are the active Honkai Star Rail codes right now? (October 2026)
Here is every Honkai: Star Rail code confirmed working as of October 22, 2026. Each one appears in the active list of at least three independent trackers (Pocket Tactics, PCGamesN and Game8, with Radio Times and Driffle agreeing on the two newest). Our rule: a code a major tracker deliberately moves to its expired list stays off our active list. One exception needs explaining. PCGamesN's expired list currently repeats almost every code it also shows as active, including the permanent STARRAILGIFT, so we read that list as an archive rather than a verdict and rely on its active table plus the other trackers. Rewards are the majority-reported values.
| Code | Reward | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| RT4BPNA8FBS3 | 50 Stellar Jade, 10,000 Credits | Version 4.6 code, added September 30, 2026. Redeem soon |
| PEARLAPPRAISE | 3 Traveler's Guides, 2 Cold Joke | Version 4.6 launch code for Pearl, added September 28, 2026. Redeem soon |
| OMEGA | 60 Stellar Jade, 1 Fuel | Easter-egg code, live since November 2025, no announced expiry |
| CREATIONNYMPH | 60 Stellar Jade, 1 Fuel, 1 Heroic Variable | Easter-egg code hidden in Okhema, no announced expiry |
| FAREWELL | 60 Stellar Jade, 1 Fuel | Easter-egg code hidden in Styxia, no announced expiry |
| IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS | 60 Stellar Jade, 1 Fuel | Easter-egg (Morse code) hidden in Okhema, no announced expiry |
| STARRAILGIFT | 50 Stellar Jade, 10,000 Credits, 2 Traveler's Guides, 5 Bottled Soda | Standing new-player code |
Correction (October 22): an earlier version of this page called OMEGA, CREATIONNYMPH, FAREWELL and IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS "4.6 Special Program codes." They aren't. They are Easter-egg codes hidden in the game's Amphoreus story areas, which is why they have outlasted every livestream code. We also fixed the IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS reward, which includes 1 Fuel. Codes are case-sensitive in practice (paste them exactly), and each works once per account.
How do I redeem Honkai Star Rail codes?
There are two ways to redeem, and the web method is faster if you already know your server.
On the web (fastest):
- Go to the official redemption page at hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift
- Log in with the HoYoverse account linked to your Trailblazer
- Select your server (America, Europe, Asia or TW/HK/MO) and your character
- Paste the code exactly as written into the box and hit Redeem
- Open your in-game mailbox to claim the rewards
In-game:
- Launch Honkai: Star Rail and press Esc (or tap the phone menu on mobile) to open the pause menu
- Tap the "..." icon next to your namecard
- Choose Redemption Code
- Type or paste the code and confirm
- Collect the rewards from your in-game mailbox
You need to have finished the early mission "A Moment of Peace" first, since that is what unlocks your Mail. The fan wiki also notes that in-game redemption may not be offered on iOS, so iPhone and iPad players should use the web page. A common failure is redeeming on the wrong server: the web page needs the right region selected. If the site says "invalid," check for a typo first; if the code is pasted exactly, it has most likely expired. If it says "already redeemed," you used it on that account before.
Why do some HSR codes expire in a day and others last for months?
There are three kinds of HSR codes, and they live very different lives.
Livestream codes are the big ones: three codes worth 100 Stellar Jade each, shown live during the Special Program that airs before every version. They are built as a "watch the stream" reward and die almost immediately. The 4.6 trio (KA5SV3FJM7WX, 7S4AD2X35NE3 and MALSV2F247FP) appeared on September 20, 2026, and Game8 reports that "the 4.6 Livestream redeem codes expired on September 21, 2026 at 10:59 AM (UTC-5)." Pocket Tactics says the same: "The Honkai Star Rail 4.6 livestream codes have now expired."
Version and maintenance codes are the random-looking strings (like RT4BPNA8FBS3) and the character word codes (like PEARLAPPRAISE). They usually show up around a version launch or after maintenance, give about 50 Stellar Jade or a few Traveler's Guides, and tend to last days to weeks. Both current ones arrived with Version 4.6.
Easter-egg codes are hidden inside the game itself. CREATIONNYMPH and IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS are puzzles at Aglaea's Golden Chrysalis in Okhema (a ROT13 cipher and a Morse code message), and FAREWELL is hidden in Styxia. The fan wiki lists all four word codes with an indefinite expiry, but it also warns that "indefinite" does not mean "infinite," a code can become unredeemable if it hits its max usage limit or if HoYoverse decides to revoke it. If you haven't used them yet, they're the easiest 240 Stellar Jade in the game.
When do the next Honkai Star Rail codes drop?
The next reliable batch comes with the Version 4.7 Special Program. HoYoverse's official Version 4.6 update notice runs 4.6 until November 11, 2026 at 06:00 (UTC+8), so that is when 4.7 should start. In every 4.x version so far, the Special Program has aired 7 to 12 days before launch, which puts the 4.7 stream at roughly October 30 to November 4, 2026. That is our projection from the release pattern, not an official date. HoYoverse normally confirms the exact time a few days before.
When it airs, plan to redeem the three 100-Jade codes the same day. Going by 4.6, you get about a day before they stop working. We track the full timing in our HSR banner schedule, and this page gets refreshed when new codes are verified.
How else can I get free Stellar Jade in Version 4.6 Phase 2?
Codes are only a small part of your free Jade. Phase 2 started on October 21, 2026, and the main new source is the "Interastral Peace Gala: One Take" event. HoYoverse's official HoYoLAB notice says it runs from October 21, 12:00 (server time) to November 11, 03:59 (UTC+8), needs Trailblaze Level 21, and rewards "Tracks of Destiny and Stellar Jades" for clearing its audition challenges.
The other regular sources are daily training, Trailblaze missions, and the Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction and Apocalyptic Shadow endgame resets. Don't count the free track of the Nameless Honor pass as Jade: it pays out Star Rail Passes and materials, and the Stellar Jade reward sits on the paid Nameless Glory tier. If you're saving Jade, check our HSR 4.6 Phase 2 banner guide to decide whether Mortenax Blade or Pearl is worth it. Our HSR tier list ranks the whole roster for the current endgame modes.
Are "free Stellar Jade generator" sites real?
No. HoYoverse gives out Stellar Jade only through official codes, in-game rewards, events and the paid shop. No tool, website or app can "generate" Stellar Jade. Any site that asks for your login, a "human verification" survey or your account details in exchange for free Jade is a scam built to steal your account or your money. Stick to hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift and the in-game menu.
Which Honkai Star Rail codes have expired?
These codes are no longer active as of October 22, 2026. They're listed so you don't waste time on codes that outdated lists still show as "working." Codes that some trackers still list but at least one major source marks expired (4TKSX77Y58QK and 5S6ZHRWTDNJB) are kept here until they are clearly confirmed working again.

FAQ
How many Honkai Star Rail codes are active right now? As of October 22, 2026, seven codes are active: RT4BPNA8FBS3, PEARLAPPRAISE, OMEGA, CREATIONNYMPH, FAREWELL, IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS and STARRAILGIFT. RT4BPNA8FBS3 and PEARLAPPRAISE are the Version 4.6 codes most likely to expire next.
How much free Stellar Jade can I get from codes? Up to 340 Stellar Jade on a fresh account: 50 from RT4BPNA8FBS3, 60 each from OMEGA, CREATIONNYMPH, FAREWELL and IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS, and 50 from STARRAILGIFT. At 160 Jade per Warp, that is just over two pulls, plus Credits, Fuel, a Heroic Variable and Traveler's Guides.
Are there any Honkai Star Rail livestream codes right now? No. The three 4.6 livestream codes appeared on September 20, 2026 and expired on September 21. The next three should arrive with the Version 4.7 Special Program, which we project for around October 30 to November 4, 2026.
Why isn't my code working? Usually because it has expired. Livestream codes last about a day. Other causes: a typo (paste the code exactly), the wrong server picked on the web page, not having unlocked Mail yet, or trying in-game on iOS instead of the web page. "Already redeemed" means you used it on that account before.
When does Honkai Star Rail 4.7 come out? HoYoverse's official 4.6 notice ends the version on November 11, 2026 at 06:00 (UTC+8), so 4.7 is expected that day. The Special Program with new codes usually airs 7 to 12 days earlier.
Do codes give free characters or Light Cones? No. HSR codes give currencies and materials: Stellar Jade, Credits, Fuel, Traveler's Guides and event items. You can spend the Jade on Warps for new characters, but no code hands you a character directly.
