Timesaver Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases on timesaver.gg from Firenova OÜ, registry code 16006619, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tatari tn 56, 10134, Estonia, info@timesaver.gg. It does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

To withdraw, tell us by a clear statement, for example by email to info@timesaver.gg. You may use the form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the period ends.

2. If you withdraw

We refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we learn of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You pay no fees for the refund.

3. If you asked us to start early

If you asked us at checkout to start during the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay an amount in proportion to what we have provided up to the moment you tell us, compared with the whole order. It is calculated on the total price.

4. When the right of withdrawal ends early

• Services: when we have fully performed the service, if you asked us to start and confirmed you knew you would lose the right on full performance.
• In-game items and currency delivered as digital content: when delivery has begun, if you asked us to start, confirmed you would lose the right, and we confirmed this to you by email.

5. Refunds in any case

Whatever the date of your order, we refund you if:

• the service was not delivered as promised;
• the item is unavailable or undeliverable;
• an unauthorized transaction occurred;
• the delivered service does not match the description.

These rights are not limited to 14 days. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services.

6. Account Safety Guarantee

If a game publisher sanctions your account because of our work on your order, we refund 100% of the order price. To claim, send us the publisher's letter or a screenshot of the sanction within 14 days after your order is completed. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Sanctions with other causes are not covered by this guarantee.

7. Weekly subscriptions

If you ask within 7 days of a renewal charge, we refund that renewal. Cancelling is explained in our Terms of Service.

8. When we do not refund

Apart from the rights above, we do not refund:

• a service that was fully delivered and matches its description;
• a change of mind after the right of withdrawal has ended;
• delay caused by incorrect details you gave us, for the period of that delay.

9. How to ask for a refund

Email info@timesaver.gg with your Order ID and reason, or use online chat, 24/7. We respond within 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, with no fee from us.

10. Complaints

Contact us first. If we cannot settle a complaint, consumers living in Estonia can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can also go to the consumer authority or court where you live.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback, because we can usually fix the issue faster. This does not limit your rights with your bank. We may decline new orders while a chargeback dispute is unresolved.

12. Policy updates

We may update this policy. The version in force when you ordered applies to that order.
