Welcome to Timesaver, operated by Firenova OU. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Timesaver provides game boosting and related services for various online games. The exact details of each service are outlined on our website. All services are for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized by us.

Which subscriptions this covers. This section applies only to subscriptions that renew automatically. One-time checkouts labelled “subscription”, such as the ARC Raiders Weekly S-Tier PvP Loadout Subscription, do not renew automatically: one checkout activates the period you selected, and you place another order if you want to continue after it ends.

What you get. A weekly subscription gives the access described on the product page.

Price and renewal. The subscription renews automatically every 7 days and charges your payment method the weekly price shown at checkout until you cancel. There is no minimum term beyond the week you have paid for.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, using the link in your payment receipt or by contacting support at info@timesaver.gg or in online chat, 24/7.

Refund of a renewal. If you ask within 7 days of a renewal charge, we refund that renewal.

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from your first subscription purchase within 14 days, as explained in our Refund Policy. You are told before you pay that the subscription renews automatically, so this right applies once and not at each renewal.
