The Clash Royale Daily Puzzle screen with the King behind a table and the first puzzle, Bone Blockade, marked Easy

Updated November 4, 2026 · Season 89 (King vs. King). Puzzles 1–3 of 7 are live. Rules come from Supercell's King vs. King release notes. Solutions are player-reported routes checked against in-game screenshots, not our own playtest or an official answer key.

Quick answer: Today's Clash Royale Daily Puzzle, Push Comes to Shove (November 4), gives you one Giant against a Musketeer in the left lane. As soon as you reach 5 Elixir, place Giant directly in her path on the tower-facing side: his body pushes her back and breaks her lock on your Princess Tower. Yesterday's Kingfisher uses Fisherman near your King Tower; Bone Blockade uses Skeletons and a low central Tesla. The first set runs November 2–8, 2026.

The puzzle is Easy with Par 2, but a Giant cannot attack a Musketeer. The trick is displacement, not damage. Dropping him somewhere nearby is not enough once she is already shooting your tower.

Below are today's Giant placement, the previous two solutions, common failure points, and the difference between Par and an attempt limit. If you only want a hint before the full answer: read Push Comes to Shove literally.

What are Daily Puzzles in Clash Royale?

Daily Puzzles are a new Season 89 mode that gives you a fixed scenario and a tiny hand of cards. Supercell's notes say a new puzzle appears each day from November 2 to 8, with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 cards in your deck.

The rules that matter:

  • The scenario never changes. Supercell says it's the "same cards, same places, same times" on every attempt.
  • Each of your cards can be played once. There's no cycling back to Tesla after it falls.
  • You're scored on attempts. Supercell's own words: "These puzzles are not about rewards, but about skill and bragging rights for the one who solves each puzzle in the fewest amount of attempts."
  • The name is a hint. The notes end the section with: "P.S. You may want to pay attention to the puzzle names…"

The Daily Puzzle screen shows the name, difficulty, cards and seven page dots.

How do you solve Push Comes to Shove, the November 4 Daily Puzzle?

Push Comes to Shove is Puzzle 3: Easy, Par 2, with one Giant costing 5 Elixir. The enemy is a Level 11 Musketeer coming down the left lane. Your Princess Towers start at 500 HP, unlike the 1-HP towers in Bone Blockade. A few Musketeer shots will still end the attempt.

The day-three puzzle screen posted by a player confirms the name, Giant, tower health and Par. “Push the Musky” is a community description, not the puzzle's title.

  • Watch the Musketeer cross the left bridge. You start short of Giant's cost, so you cannot simply put a tank down immediately.
  • Prepare Giant on the tower-facing side of the Musketeer, directly in her walking line. The aim is physical contact, not a distant distraction or a Giant behind her on the enemy-facing side.
  • Deploy as soon as 5 Elixir is available. She can already be firing at the Princess Tower by then. The successful route places Giant close enough that his body pushes her back toward the bridge.
  • Check that her shots switch to Giant. Your Princess Tower keeps firing while he absorbs her attacks. Giant does not fight her; he continues trying to walk toward a building.

Push Comes to Shove solution in Clash Royale: Giant pushes the Musketeer back near the left bridge while the Princess Tower survives on 66 HP

This published gameplay screenshot and walkthrough shows the resulting position, with the left Princess Tower still standing at 66 HP. It is an after-deployment reference, not an exact tile marker. The day-three community discussion likewise points readers toward the clue in the puzzle name. We have not independently played the scenario, so treat 66 HP as the illustrated result rather than a guarantee for every placement.

Why does Giant work if he only targets buildings?

His body displaces the Musketeer out of the Princess Tower's range, causing her to acquire a new target. Dropping Giant nearby does not automatically reset her target: he must push her far enough. Your tower then deals the damage while he absorbs her shots.

For ordinary battles using Giant as a front-line tank, see our Giant Graveyard deck guide. That is a full deck, not this fixed puzzle.

What if Push Comes to Shove still fails?

  • Musketeer keeps shooting the tower: Giant likely did not contact her or move her far enough. Adjust his placement toward her line rather than leaving a gap.
  • The tower falls before the push: deploy promptly when the fifth Elixir becomes available. Do not wait for an extra reserve you cannot spend on another card.
  • You try Giant behind the tower: he has too far to walk before affecting the Musketeer. Use the left-lane contact point.
  • You search for an Evolution or another card: the puzzle supplies the hand. You solve this with the single Giant shown; it is not a deck-building challenge.

Change either the deployment spot or timing on the next attempt, not both. Supercell says the scenario repeats identically, so a controlled adjustment tells you more than random placements.

How do you solve Kingfisher, the November 3 Daily Puzzle?

Kingfisher is Puzzle 2: Easy, Par 4, with one Fisherman costing 3 Elixir. A Level 11 P.E.K.K.A. approaches down the right lane. Your job is to pull her away from the Princess Tower and into the centre, where your towers can help finish her.

The annotated community screenshot marks Fisherman's deployment tile and P.E.K.K.A.'s timing point below the right bridge. It shows the pull already completed; do not wait until she is beside the King to start.

  • Let P.E.K.K.A. cross the right bridge. Do not drop Fisherman beside her at the river: the goal is a long pull toward your King, not a fight in the right lane.
  • Watch the marked tile below the bridge. A separate player solution describes the cue as about four tiles from the river. Use the screenshot's position as the reference rather than counting seconds; this is a visual cue, not an official frame-perfect timing rule.
  • Place Fisherman immediately in front of the King Tower, slightly left of its centre. Match the lower red circle. His hook brings P.E.K.K.A. across into the central area instead of letting her continue toward the right Princess Tower.
  • Let the central defence play out. This is the King-activation route: a hit on the King Tower can activate its cannon, adding another defender. You do not need to protect the King from every hit to solve this puzzle.

Players solving Kingfisher reported mistaking the King Tower for a 1-HP Princess Tower. The King-activation route permits King damage; do not assume every tower must remain untouched.

How do you solve Bone Blockade?

The Bone Blockade puzzle setup in Clash Royale: enemy Knight and Hog Rider at the left bridge, with Tesla and Skeletons as your two cards

The setup: an enemy Level 11 Knight and Level 11 Hog Rider come in at your left bridge. You hold two cards, Tesla (4 Elixir) and Skeletons (1 Elixir). The health bars show 1 on each of your Princess Towers, against 5,000 on both enemy Princess Towers, so treat any hit on a Princess Tower as fatal.

The problem: the two enemies behave differently. Hog Rider only targets buildings and ignores your Skeletons, so he runs straight at the nearest building. Knight is slower and fights whatever is closest. One Princess Tower can't handle both.

The solution, step by step:

  • Drop Skeletons on the left bridge as the Knight reaches it. All three stand in his path, and he stops to fight them. This is the "blockade", and it's the reading most solvers take from the name.
  • Let the Hog Rider run past. He ignores the Skeletons. That's what you want, because he's now separated from the Knight.
  • Place Tesla in the centre column, low on your side. Aim for roughly level with your Princess Towers, between them, not up at the river. Hog Rider turns toward the Tesla and walks into the middle.
  • Let both Princess Towers and Tesla shoot the Hog. In the centre, all three reach him at once, so he goes down quickly.
  • Finish the Knight. He comes through once the Skeletons fall, and your towers and the remaining Tesla take him down.

Community solvers recommend Skeletons first, Tesla second. Separate the Knight from the Hog, then pull the Hog into both towers' range.

Why do most Bone Blockade attempts fail?

A failed Bone Blockade attempt in Clash Royale: Tesla placed up at the river, the Knight free in the left lane and the left Princess Tower destroyed

The screenshot above comes from a player on 45 attempts, and it shows the classic mistake. Tesla is up at the river, so the Hog stops there, far from your towers. One Skeleton is left, the Knight is deep in the left lane, and the left Princess Tower has fallen. That's a Defeat, even though the King Tower sits at 5,000.

Check these if you're stuck:

  • Tesla too high. At the river, the Hog fights Tesla alone, and your towers don't help.
  • Tesla too far left. Only one Princess Tower reaches the Hog. You need both, so stay near the centre.
  • Skeletons aimed at the Hog at the bridge. He ignores them and keeps running. The block only works on the Knight.
  • Placing too late. Since the scenario is identical each time, watch one attempt without panicking, note where the Knight is when you'd want him stopped, and repeat that exact timing.

How do you know you've won?

The Victory screen after solving Bone Blockade in Clash Royale, with both Princess Towers standing and a single Skeleton left at the bridge

You don't need to attack. On this Victory screen, both enemy Princess Towers still show 5,000. Your job in Bone Blockade is to clear the attackers with your towers intact, and you get a Victory banner with your attempt count.

Your result appears as Completed in next to Par. A Try Again button remains, but Supercell has not explained whether replays change the recorded result.

Do you get rewards for Daily Puzzles?

No completion rewards have been reported in the player discussions checked for this guide. Supercell describes the mode as being about skill and bragging rights rather than rewards; the notes do not list a payout.

So there's no reason to grind one puzzle for hours. Your payoff is the comparison with friends and creators, plus a free lesson in a real matchup. If you want rewards this season, the King vs. King season guide covers the Royal Market and Crown Tokens, which open from Week 2.

What does Par mean in Daily Puzzles?

Par is the target number of attempts, the same idea as golf. Bone Blockade has Par 3, Kingfisher has Par 4 and Push Comes to Shove has Par 2: those are the respective attempt benchmarks. Par is a benchmark, not an attempt limit. The failure screenshot above shows 45 attempts, well beyond Par 3.

When does the next Daily Puzzle come out?

The next scheduled puzzle is November 5, followed by one each day through November 8. Day-three solution posts appeared shortly after 09:00 UTC, consistent with the first two days. That is an observed release window, not an officially guaranteed reset hour.

FAQ

How do you beat Push Comes to Shove in Clash Royale? As soon as you have 5 Elixir, place Giant directly in the left-lane Musketeer's path on the tower-facing side. His body pushes her back, breaking her lock on the Princess Tower so she targets him instead.

How do you beat Kingfisher in Clash Royale? Wait until P.E.K.K.A. is below the right bridge, then place Fisherman just in front of the King Tower at the marked tile. He pulls her into the centre. The King-activation route allows a King Tower hit; keeping it untouched is not required.

How do you beat Bone Blockade in Clash Royale? Play Skeletons on the left bridge to stop the Knight, then place Tesla low in the centre so the Hog Rider walks into range of both Princess Towers. Your towers and Tesla kill the Hog, then the Knight.

How long do Clash Royale Daily Puzzles last? The first set runs November 2-8, 2026, with one new puzzle a day. Supercell says a second set arrives later in the season.

Do Daily Puzzles give rewards? No completion payout is listed in the official notes. Supercell describes skill and bragging rights as the focus, and the player discussions checked here report no rewards.

What does Par mean in Clash Royale puzzles? It's the target number of attempts for that puzzle, not a cap. Bone Blockade has Par 3; Kingfisher has Par 4. A first-try Kingfisher clear is three under par.
