This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

Email Marketing
If you subscribe to receive news or updates from us, we will collect and process your email address for this purpose. We use Brevo.com (also known as Sendinblue SAS), a third-party email marketing platform, to manage and deliver our email communications.
Your email address will be stored and processed by Brevo.com in accordance with their Privacy Policy (https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/). Brevo.com may collect information such as email opens, clicks, and IP addresses to help us understand the effectiveness of our emails.
You can unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send or by contacting us directly.
We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
3. Game account data
Who is responsible

What we collect
- At checkout, depending on the game and service: your email, Activision ID, player ID, character name and Discord username.
- For piloted orders only: the login details of your game account, which you enter in our order form after payment. Self-play orders need no login.
We never need the password to your email, payment details or access to your account wallet, or account recovery codes.
Why we use it
We use this data to carry out your order and to contact you about it. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Do you have to provide it?
We need the details marked as required at checkout to carry out your order. Where a service offers self-play, you can choose it and give no login. If a piloted order needs a login and you do not provide it, we cannot carry out that order.
How login details reach us
The order form is in our Discord server. After you pay, a popup leads you to the server, where you fill in the form. You need a Discord account for this. Discord is a third-party service, and its own privacy policy applies to your use of it.
How login details are protected
Boosters work under a non-disclosure agreement. Every access to login details is logged: who, when and from which IP address. The booster signs in through a dedicated IP address in your country and keeps the same IP for the whole order. Please set a unique password for your game account before you order, and change it when the order is finished.
Who can see it
Only the booster assigned to your order sees your login details, and only while the order is in progress. Managers and support do not see your password in plain text.
Service providers
These providers process personal data for us:
- Discord: order form, tickets and messages
- Firebase: site and service functionality, analytics and messaging
- Vercel: website hosting
- Stripe: payments
- Brevo: email
- Intercom: customer support
- Amplitude: product analytics
How long we keep it
Login details are deleted 24 hours after your order is completed or cancelled.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, and for its correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to processing. You can ask us to delete your login details earlier by writing to info@timesaver.gg or to support. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our services.
