Report illegal content or an infringement of your rights

This form is the only channel through which Firenova OÜ accepts notices of allegedly illegal content under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

Notices sent to other addresses (customer support, social media, general contact forms) are not accepted through this procedure and may not be processed.

All fields marked * are required by law. Each field states the legal provision it is based on. A notice that does not contain all required elements does not give rise to actual knowledge of illegality (DSA Art. 16(3)) and will not be acted upon until completed. We will tell you which elements are missing.

Firenova OÜ operates a platform on which independent providers publish offers. Breach of a third party's terms of service is not, by itself, illegal content under applicable law. Notices relying solely on such terms will be registered and answered, but will not result in removal unless an identified legal basis is shown.

Notice type *
If you rely on more than one type of right, submit a separate notice for each.

Notice & Takedown Policy

1. Scope. Firenova OÜ (registry code 16006619, Tatari tn 56, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia) operates timesaver.gg (the "Platform"), on which independent providers publish offers of gaming services. Firenova OÜ is a provider of hosting services within the meaning of Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 ("DSA"). This Policy describes how we receive and handle notices alleging that content on the Platform is illegal or infringes third-party rights.

2. How to submit a notice. Notices are accepted only through the form on this page. The form implements Article 16 DSA. Notices sent through other channels are not accepted under this Policy and may not be processed. Notices are processed in English.

3. Required elements. A notice must contain all elements required by Article 16(2) DSA: (a) a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is illegal under Union law or the law of a Member State, identifying the legal provision relied on; (b) the exact electronic location of each item (URL of the page and, for images or files, of the file itself); (c) the name and email address of the notifier and, where the notifier acts for another person, the basis of that authority; (d) a statement confirming the bona fide belief that the information is accurate and complete.

4. Incomplete notices. A notice lacking any required element does not give rise to actual knowledge or awareness within the meaning of Article 16(3) DSA. We will inform the notifier within 2 business days which elements are missing. Review begins when a complete notice is received.

5. Terms of service of third parties. A breach of a third party's contractual terms (for example, the terms of service of a game publisher) is not, by itself, illegal content. Notices relying solely on such terms will be acknowledged and answered but will not result in removal unless an applicable legal provision is identified.

6. Processing and decision. We acknowledge receipt of every notice without undue delay and decide on complete notices within 14 days, in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner (Article 16(6) DSA). Decisions are made by a member of our staff; no automated decision-making is used. The notifier is informed of the decision and the reasons for it.

7. Information to the provider of the content. Where content is removed or restricted, the provider who published it receives a statement of reasons in accordance with Article 17 DSA and may contest the decision within 14 days. Decisions are reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision.

8. Misuse. Persons who frequently submit manifestly unfounded notices may have the processing of their notices suspended after a prior warning (Article 23(2) DSA). Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice may give rise to liability under applicable law.

9. Point of contact. For the purposes of Articles 11 and 12 DSA, our single point of contact is info@timesaver.gg. Communication is accepted in English.

10. Records. We keep records of notices and decisions for 5 years.
