The Season 14 Horadric Cube recipe: place a 1 base Unique at Item Power 850 or higher plus 4 Pandemonium Fragments into the Cube and select Upgrade to Mythic. The "Crafted" Tag and the 1-Mythic Equip Limit

What Unique Should You Upgrade Direct?
The best targets for the Upgrade Direct recipe are high-value Uniques that:
- Are already Masterworked to a high rank (8-12+) — because Upgrade Direct preserves that investment.
- Have favorable Tempering rolls — because Upgrade Direct preserves those too.
