Quick answer (TLDR): As of November 2, 2026, the MM2 Emberbow value is 325 on MM2 Values (range 275–325, marked Underpaid For) and 375 on Supreme Values (range 325–400). That's down from 1,900 on MM2 Values on October 25, so any trade priced at last week's numbers is out of date. You get it by buying tier 30 of the Halloween 2026 battle pass for 100,000 Candies. The event ends November 16, 2026 at 18:00 UTC. MM2 values are community estimates, not Robux and not an official price.
Emberbow was the reward most Murder Mystery 2 players were grinding toward this month. It's the newest Ancient gun, the first Ancient that comes in a Chroma, and one of the two ingredients for this year's craftable Emberscythe. It has also lost more than 80% of its MM2 Values price in about a week, and it nearly halved again after our last check on October 31.
Below: today's value on both community lists, why it dropped, what the Chroma and the leaderboard versions are worth, whether the Cauldron still makes sense, and what a fair trade looks like now.

What is the Emberbow in MM2?
Emberbow is an Ancient-rarity gun added in the Halloween Event 2026. The MM2 Wiki's Emberbow page says it's "obtainable by purchasing the 30th tier during the Halloween Event 2026 for 100,000 candies."
A few things make it stand out from other Ancients:
- It's a crossbow. Royal purple and gold, with a glowing gold string and the same pumpkin head as the lobby NPC and the other Ember items.
- It has its own shooting sound. The wiki counts it as the 8th gun with a unique sound, alongside Harvester, Gingerscope, Icepiercer and a few others.
- It's the first Ancient with a Chroma. The Chroma Emberbow is, per the wiki, "the first chroma ancient to ever be released."
- It belongs to a set. Emberbow pairs with the Emberscythe (Ancient knife) and the Embersickle (Godly knife).
It's also the spiritual successor to Harvester, the 2021 Halloween Ancient gun. It sits in the same tier-30 slot, takes the same Candies grind and comes with the same Gold, Silver, Bronze and Blue leaderboard variants.
What is the MM2 Emberbow value today?
Here's where both community lists stood when we checked them on November 2, 2026 (about 10:00 UTC):

The lists have swapped places. On October 31 Supreme sat 175 below MM2 Values, and now it sits 50 above it, a 13% gap by Trade Hub's count. On a 325 gun that gap can be the whole deal, so agree on one list before you trade. On MM2 Values it still ranks 6th of 16 Ancients, behind Nik's Scythe, Gingerscope, Travelers Axe, Celestial and Vampire's Axe, and ahead of Emberscythe and Harvester (250).
Why did the Emberbow value drop?
Neither list has published a reason, so here's what the numbers show:

That's −83% on MM2 Values since October 25 and −83% on Supreme since October 20. The two latest MM2 Values cuts, 1,300 to 625 and then 625 to 325, each took about half the price.
Three things line up with the fall:
- More sellers than buyers. Over the last 30 days, Trade Hub counted Emberbow offered in 140 trades and asked for in 58, out of 3,890 posted. Those are offers, not finished trades, but that's still about 2.4 to 1.
- Sellers are already undercutting. Offered alone, Emberbow goes up for a median 6% under list, across 66 solo offers.
- Supply is still growing. Every tier-30 purchase before November 16 adds another Emberbow to the game, or rarely a Chroma Emberbow instead.
The whole Ember family fell with it, so this isn't just one mispriced gun. On MM2 Values, Emberscythe has gone from 1,900 before its October 23 cut to 300, and Embersickle from 250 to 80 over the same stretch.
Players felt it. One commenter in an r/MurderMystery2 thread put the lesson this way: "Buying robux things at the start isn't a good idea." Another described a friend who traded into an Emberbow minutes before the list was "corrected."
Our read: the first sign of buyers has appeared. Trade Hub's asks went from 22 on October 31 to 58 today, so cheaper Emberbows are drawing interest. Every Cauldron craft also destroys an Emberbow, and no new copies can be made after November 16. None of that guarantees a rebound, and with the list tagged Underpaid For, real trades are still landing under 325.
How do you get the Emberbow in MM2?
- Collect Candies. During the event there are no coins. Candies replace them, and you earn them from matches and from the new Daily Quests.
- Climb the 30-tier Halloween battle pass. Tier 1 is free. Tiers 2 to 29 cost 600 Candies each.
- Buy tier 30 for 100,000 Candies. That gives you the Emberbow, or, rarely, a Chroma Emberbow instead.
That works out to about 117,000 Candies in total. The wiki's tier table adds up to 116,800, while its overview text says 117,400 (and quotes 800 Candies per tier), so expect a small discrepancy until the page is cleaned up.
For comparison, the MM2 Wiki's Harvester page lists the 2021 version at 80,000 Candies for the final reward and 97,400 in total. Emberbow's final tier costs 25% more.
Is it still worth the grind? You have until November 16, 2026 at 18:00 UTC, per the official Roblox event listing for MM2. After that, trading is the only way to get one. Our read: at 325, we wouldn't spend Robux on Candies just to chase trade value. Finish tier 30 with free Candies if you want the gun or a shot at the Chroma. What are the Gold, Silver, Bronze and Blue Emberbows?
These are leaderboard rewards, not tier rewards. The wiki's Emberbow reskins work like this:

They're Unique weapons. As the wiki puts it, "like all other unique weapons except Corrupt, this item is untradeable." That's why neither value list prices them. If anyone offers you a "Gold Emberbow" in a trade, it's a scam or a misunderstanding. It can't be moved.
What is Chroma Emberbow worth?
Chroma Emberbow is the rainbow version, and it has held up far better than the normal gun.
- MM2 Values: 4,450 (range 4,000–4,750), demand 6, rarity 5, Fluctuating. That ranks it 14th of 46 Chromas.
- Supreme Values: 4,500 (range 4,250–4,750).
- Premium over the normal Emberbow: about 13.7x on MM2 Values, up from 4.4x on October 23.
It isn't immune, though. On MM2 Values it went from a 10,000 peak on October 25 to 7,500 on October 29, 6,000 on October 31 and 4,450 today. Trade Hub also shows it offered in 18 trades and asked for in 7.
You can't target it. The chance only rolls on the tier-30 purchase, and the wiki describes it as "a very rare chance." Nikilis hasn't published the odds, so treat any percentage you see on social media as a guess.
Supreme also prices the combined sets: C. Emberscythe Set (Chroma Emberscythe + Chroma Emberbow) at 15,000, down 9.4% on its last run, and the Full C. Ember Set at 16,000, down 8.7%.
Should you craft your Emberbow into an Emberscythe?
The Cauldron in the Halloween lobby turns 1 Embersickle + 1 Emberbow into 1 Emberscythe, with a low chance at a Chroma Emberscythe instead. On today's values the normal craft still loses value:

So craft only if you want the knife, or you're chasing the Chroma Emberscythe (10,000 on both lists). At those prices the Chroma chance needs to be about 1.1% on MM2 Values or 0.9% on Supreme to break even. The real odds are unpublished, so the expected value is unknown. Two rules:
- Keep the set in mind. If you want the full Ember set (Emberbow + Emberscythe), you need two Emberbows, because crafting uses one up.
- Never hand your Emberbow to someone "to craft it for you." Nobody can use the Cauldron on your behalf.

Is Emberbow worth more than Harvester?
Yes, but only just. Our MM2 Harvester value page has the full history. The short version:

On October 25 Emberbow was worth over 7x a Harvester on MM2 Values. Today it's 1.3x, and 1.5x on Supreme. Harvester is also the most-traded item on Trade Hub and the only one of the two with more asks than offers. Our read: if you own both and need to trade one, Harvester is the steadier hold, while Emberbow is the one that could still move either way.
What is a fair Emberbow trade?
A fair Emberbow trade lands around 325 on MM2 Values or 375 on Supreme. Pick one list and use it for both sides. On MM2 Values, these come out close to even:

Watch out for the old asks. When people offer an Emberbow on Trade Hub, they most often ask for Snowcannon (20 times), Raygun (19) or Harvester (11). Snowcannon is now 680, about 2 Emberbows, and Raygun is 1,825, about 5.6. Neither is a straight swap anymore.
Two tips for this week:
- Selling? Don't anchor on what you paid. The 6% solo-offer discount puts a realistic ask nearer 305.
- Buying? There's no rush. Check both lists on the day you trade, because Emberbow's MM2 Values price has changed five times since October 25.

How many people are playing MM2 right now?
A lot. On November 2, 2026 at 09:58 UTC, the Roblox Games API showed 328,211 players in Murder Mystery 2, with 32.03 billion total visits. That's concurrent players, not traders, but our read is that a game this busy mid-event keeps feeding new Emberbows into trades.

How do you avoid Emberbow trading scams?
- The Chroma swap. Chroma and normal Emberbow look alike in a small trade slot, and the Chroma is worth about 13.7x more. Check the rainbow string before you accept, in either direction.
- Fake leaderboard items. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Blue Emberbows can't be traded. Any "offer" involving one is a scam.
- Stale price sources. Values from last week were up to 5x higher. The MM2 Wiki infobox still showed Supreme at 450 on November 2, so check a live list, not an old post or a wiki sidebar.
- Send-first deals. Use MM2's own trade window, where both sides lock in together.

Is Emberbow a Godly or an Ancient in MM2? Emberbow is an Ancient gun. The Embersickle in the same set is a Godly knife, and the Emberscythe is an Ancient knife.
How many Candies does Emberbow cost? The tier-30 purchase costs 100,000 Candies. Including tiers 2 to 29 at 600 each, the whole pass is about 117,000 Candies (the MM2 Wiki lists both 116,800 and 117,400).
What are the odds of getting Chroma Emberbow? They haven't been published. The MM2 Wiki only calls it "a very rare chance" when you buy tier 30.

Will Emberbow go up in value? Nobody can promise that. It has fallen from 2,200 to 375 on Supreme since October 20. Supply stops growing on November 16 and every Cauldron craft removes one. Our read is that the slide could slow after the event, but that's an interpretation, not a forecast.
