Illegal Soccer finally has a place to type codes. The November 7 Gamemodes update added a Codes section at the top of the Settings menu, and the developers say codes will give free items and coins. Most code sites haven't caught up yet and still say the game has no redeem box. Here's what's confirmed, how to redeem, and how to get free coins and item rolls while you wait for the first public code.
Quick answer (checked November 8, 2026, 08:06 UTC): There are 0 confirmed active Illegal Soccer codes and 0 confirmed expired codes. The Codes box is new: it arrived with the Gamemodes update on November 7, 2026. We haven't found a code posted anywhere public yet, and we won't list a guess. Until one drops, the free rewards are the daily reward coins, 2 free item rolls every week and the coins paid for achievements.

This is what we checked on November 8, 2026:
- The developer's update notes. Repotted, the verified group behind the game, posted "Gamemodes are here!" on November 7. Under "Redeem codes!" it says: type codes into the new "Codes" section at the top of Settings "for free items & coins." The post doesn't include a code.
- Every other official post. None of the group's other seven announcements since launch day on August 27 contains a code, and neither do the game's event listings or its Roblox description.
- The Roblox Games API. At 08:06 UTC on November 8, the game had 34,303 players online and was last updated at 23:45 UTC on November 7.
- Code trackers. PCGamesN and Pocket Tactics (both November 5), UrGameTips (November 1), TechWiser (October 13) and Destructoid (October 1) list zero codes. All of them were last checked before the November 7 update, which is why several still say there's no way to redeem.
The developers' Discord is the one place we can't read from outside, and it's where a first code would most likely appear. If a code is posted there, we'll add it here once we can confirm it from a second source.

The redeem box only went live on November 7, and we found no expired code anywhere public. If you see an "expired Illegal Soccer codes" list, check that the strings aren't from another soccer game.
How do you redeem Illegal Soccer codes?
According to the developers' November 7 patch notes, codes go in the Settings menu:
- Launch Illegal Soccer on Roblox.
- Open Settings.
- Find the Codes section at the very top of Settings.
- Type or paste the code exactly as written and confirm.
- The free items or coins are added to your account.
Older guides tell you to look in the shop or say there's nowhere to type a code. That was true until November 7. Use the Settings menu.
How do you get free coins and item rolls in Illegal Soccer?
Codes will give items and coins. You can already earn both without one:
- Daily rewards. Since the September 8 update, daily rewards give free coins every day and 2 free item rolls every week.
- Achievements. The October 3 update added 50+ achievements for goals, assists, saves, tackles, item hits, MVPs, levels, daily streaks and ranked tiers. Each one is a real Roblox badge and pays coins the first time you unlock it, so easy early achievements are a quick coin boost.
- Playing matches. Matches pay coins, which you spend in the shop on item rolls and cosmetics.
- Duplicates. Rolling an item you already own isn't wasted. Duplicates earn mastery, which unlocks up to 5 extra skins per item (October 17 update). Duplicate player cards turn into Dust, which buys the exact card you want.
What are coins and items for?
Items are the "illegal" part: guns, landmines, jetpacks, rocket launchers, barricades, magnets, a Freeze Gun, a Grenade (Rare), a Sledgehammer (Epic), a Boomerang and, since November 1, a Go-Kart. A few unlocks are worth saving for:
- Ranked. You need 5 owned items to queue ranked, then 10 placement matches to get your rank. Ranked has two queues, Illegal (items on) and Legal (no items), each with its own Elo.
- Clubs. Creating your own club costs 2,500 coins, or it's free with VIP.

Is there a paid shortcut instead of codes?
Two game passes, both checked on Roblox on November 8, 2026:
- VIP, 499 Robux. An exclusive VIP jersey, ball and goal effect, free club creation with custom club colors and icon, emote speed control with 24 emote slots, a VIP chat tag and 2 daily deal rolls.
- Jersey Customization, 249 Robux. Lets you change your jersey's color and number.
Neither is needed to play. Items come from rolls you can earn for free.
How do you get new Illegal Soccer codes?
Watch the developer's own channels. A new code is most likely to show up there first:
- The Repotted Discord. The Repotted server had about 44,300 members on November 8, 2026. PCGamesN points players to its update-logs channel, which is where patch notes appear.
- The Roblox group. Repotted is the verified group that owns the game, with 518,714 members. Most big updates are posted there as announcements. A few, like the November 1 Go-Kart update, were posted only as an event on the game page.
- The game title. The title carries a tag for the latest update ("GAMEMODES!" right now). A new tag is your cue to check the patch notes.
The most likely moments for a code are the next update, a visits milestone (the game is closing in on 300 million visits) or the end of the limited-time Double Up mode. Skip any "code generator", "free coins" site or script download. They're after your Roblox login.

Illegal Soccer is a Roblox soccer game by Repotted with no referees and a lot of weapons. Its description promises guns, grappling hooks and jetpacks: kick, tackle, beat up and blow up your opponents, then slip on someone's oil spill. The game was created on May 12, 2026, and Repotted announced its launch on August 27, 2026.
The November 7 update added a Modes tab to the Play menu. Legal is classic soccer with no items, now in unranked too, and Double Up is a limited-time 8v8 mode on a bigger field.
