How delivery works in ROB RUN
ROB RUN is Kefir’s free-to-play crime sandbox on Steam for PC, released in Early Access on Nov 4, 2026. Every ROB RUN order is delivered by hand on your own server. Money and items are handed over to your character by a Timesaver player who joins that server, so you stay logged in and never share your account. A party carry is self-play: a pro joins your party and plays the session with you.
Step by step
- Choose the order: an amount of Dirty Cash, an item and its quantity, or the hours of a party carry, and pay.
- In the order chat, send your server ID (for example EU-03884), its region (EU or East US) and your character name. Every ROB RUN server is a separate world, so we deliver on yours.
- We check your server’s wipe date. Each server wipes seven days after it opens, so if your order could not be used before the Federal Raid, we tell you before we start.
- A Timesaver player joins your server, and you agree a meeting point in the order chat, away from other players.
- Money and items: the player hands them over to your character in game. Take Dirty Cash straight to your base Laundering Desk and put it into the Looty Bay Bank.
- Party carry: at the time you booked, the pro joins your party (a party holds up to three players) and plays the session with you on your character’s server.
- We confirm in the order chat when the order is complete.
What we need from you
- Your server ID and its region, EU or East US, as shown in the game.
- Your character name, spelled exactly as in the game.
- Being online on that server when the player arrives, or at the time you booked for a carry.
- Room at your base to store items, and a Laundering Desk for cash.
Delivery time
Every ROB RUN product shows a guaranteed completion time, counted from the moment we have your server ID and character name: money within 24 hours, items within 2 hours, and a party carry session starts within 24 hours at a time you pick. A Timesaver player picks your order up within 20 minutes. Kefir opens at least one fresh server a day in each region, EU at 5 PM UTC and East US at 8 PM ET. If we finish after the guaranteed time, we refund 20% of the order price.
Self-play or piloted
ROB RUN orders come in two formats, and each product page shows which one it uses. No account access: money and every item, where a player meets your character on your server while you stay logged in. Self-play: the party carry, where a pro joins your party and you play your own account. No ROB RUN order is piloted.
What not to do
- Do not leave handed-over Dirty Cash on your character. Until you launder it into the Looty Bay Bank, other players can rob it.
- Do not order a large amount late in a server’s cycle. The Federal Raid resets plots, bases, weapons and all cash, banked money included, seven days after the server opened; cosmetics, your name and jail time carry over.
- Do not accept a hand-over from a player who messages you first in our name. Only meet the character our support named in your order chat.
- Do not pay anyone in game, and do not hand anything back to a player who asks for it. You never pay us in the game.
- Do not switch server or character before the order is delivered.
- Do not send your login to anyone, including us. No ROB RUN order needs it.
- Do not use cheats or exploit bugs. Kefir prohibits both, and we never use them either.
If something goes wrong
Account Safety Guarantee: If your account is sanctioned because of our work on your order, we refund 100% of the order price. To claim, send us the publisher's letter or a screenshot of the sanction within 14 days after your order is completed. EU and EEA consumers can withdraw within 14 days. Refunds for non-delivery, an unavailable item, an unauthorized charge or a service that does not match its description are not limited to 14 days. If we cannot start your order, we refund 100% of the order price. If we finish after the guaranteed time, we refund 20% of the order price. Account risks for this game: Account Safety.

Do you need my ROB RUN account for money or items?
No. A player joins your server and hands the money or items to your character while you stay logged in. No ROB RUN order needs your login.
How long does ROB RUN delivery take?

Which server do you deliver to?

What happens to my order at the Federal Raid?
Each server wipes seven days after it opens: plots, bases, weapons and all cash reset, banked money included. A server that opened on Nov 4, 2026 wipes on Nov 11, 2026. Kefir says the wipe length could change, so we check your server’s date before we start.
Why should I launder the cash right away?
Dirty Cash can be stolen by other players until you put it through your base Laundering Desk into the Looty Bay Bank. Launder it as soon as the hand-over is done.
How many players can join a ROB RUN carry?
A ROB RUN party holds up to three players, so the pro takes one slot and you can bring one friend.
Is it allowed to buy ROB RUN money or items?
No. Kefir’s rules for ROB RUN prohibit real-money trading and selling accounts, and its Terms of Service say an account is personal and may not be transferred. Kefir can suspend an account that breaks them, and virtual currency and items can be forfeited, so the risk is not zero. Every order is done by hand by Timesaver pros with no cheats, bots or third-party software, and if your account is sanctioned because of our work, the Account Safety Guarantee refunds 100% of the order price.
What if you miss the guaranteed time?
We refund 20% of the order price. If we cannot start your order at all, we refund 100% of the order price.
