Quick answer: The current ZZZ banners are Phoenix and Velina, and they close on November 11, 2026 at 11:59 server time. On November 3 that leaves eight days. Severian and Norma take over at 12:00 server time the same day and run until December 1 at 14:59 server time. Their W-Engines are Plume of Rebirth, Joyau Dore, Incarcerating Grip and Chief Sidekick. Version 3.3 itself ends December 2 at 06:00 (UTC+8). Sunbringer is confirmed for Version 3.4. Kafka and Robin also have official Agent Records for the Honkai: Star Rail collab, which HoYoverse says is "on the way". No phase or date is published for any of the three, and no version is published for Kafka or Robin.

Updated November 3, 2026, for Version 3.3, "Journey to the Sky." This refresh adds a live countdown to the Phase I deadline and a dated check of which Severian posts HoYoverse has and has not published. It also adds two limited events, one of which ends before the banners rotate, and a section on what follows 3.3. Every date below comes from a HoYoverse notice unless it is explicitly labelled as a pattern or projection.

What is the full Zenless Zone Zero banner schedule for 3.3?

HoYoverse's Version 3.3 Intel Report lists both phase lineups and their windows. The Phase I Limited-Time Channels notice confirms the channels running now, and the 3.3 update announcement names the new Agents' Signal Searches.

PhaseFeatured AgentAttribute and SpecialtyFeatured W-EngineWindow, server time
Phase I debutPhoenixFire, AnomalyPlume of Rebirth, AnomalyOctober 21 update to November 11, 11:59
Phase I rerunVelinaWind, AnomalyJoyau Dore, AnomalyOctober 21 update to November 11, 11:59
Phase II debutSeverianWind, AttackIncarcerating Grip, AttackNovember 11, 12:00 to December 1, 14:59
Phase II rerunNormaFire, StunChief Sidekick, StunNovember 11, 12:00 to December 1, 14:59

All four featured Agents and all four featured W-Engines are S-Rank. Each W-Engine sits in its own W-Engine Channel, so pulling an Agent does not give you their signature weapon.

Read the table vertically when you budget. Phoenix and Velina run at the same time, and so do Severian and Norma. If you want two Agents from one phase, you need both within that phase's deadline. If you want one from each phase, November 11 is your decision point.

Which ZZZ banners are live right now?

As of November 3, the four live channels are:

Channel typeChannel nameFeatured S-RankCloses, server time
Exclusive ChannelInto the Flames of LifePhoenixNovember 11, 11:59
Exclusive ChannelGraceful GaleVelinaNovember 11, 11:59
W-Engine ChannelPlume of RebirthPlume of RebirthNovember 11, 11:59
W-Engine ChannelJoyau DoreJoyau DoreNovember 11, 11:59

The official notice also states that these limited S-Rank Agents and W-Engines "will not become available in the Star-Studded Cast Stable Channel." Once this window closes, the standard channel is not a fallback.

Phoenix is the new Fire Anomaly Agent, and Velina is the returning Wind Anomaly Agent. Sharing a phase does not mean you should pull both, and it does not guarantee your roster can use both well.

When does the Severian banner start in Phase II?

November 11, 2026 at 12:00 server time. The Phase II block of the Intel Report prints the window as running through December 1 at 14:59 server time. It lists Severian, Incarcerating Grip, Norma and Chief Sidekick.

The update announcement says Severian (Wind - Attack) "can be obtained through the 'Answers in the Wind' Signal Search." His W-Engine Channel is Incarcerating Grip. Norma's 3.3 channel name has not appeared in any HoYoverse post we checked on November 3, so we do not print one.

Severian is a Wind Attack Agent, not another Anomaly Agent. Norma is a Fire Stun Agent, so she does not fill the same Fire slot as Phoenix. Those labels tell you whether a phase covers a role your account is missing. On their own, they do not make anyone a must-pull.

What has HoYoverse published about Severian so far?

We checked every official Zenless Zone Zero post on HoYoLAB (notices, events and info feeds) on November 3. None of Severian's pre-release posts are out yet: there is no Agent Footage, Character Demo, Mechanics Intro or Phase II channel notice. Our Severian release guide tracks those posts as they land. Until then, we do not use leaked skill names or damage numbers to rate him.

The timing pattern is predictable, though it is still a pattern and not an announcement:

Pre-release postPhoenix (Phase I) lead timeSeverian date if the pattern holds
Character Demo5 days before releaseAround November 6
Agent Mechanics Intro4 days before releaseAround November 7
Limited-Time Channels notice2 days before releaseAround November 9

The Character Demo has landed exactly five days before release for eight consecutive debuts in our tally of HoYoLAB posts. The two-day channel-notice lead matches both the Phase I notice (posted October 19 for October 21) and the Version 3.2 Phase II notice (posted September 28 for September 30). Treat the third column as a projection until the posts appear.

Are banner deadlines the same as the version end?

No. Banner windows use server time, but the version end is published in UTC+8. These are two separate deadlines, so don't merge them into one countdown.

HoYoverse's update announcement says:

"Please note that Version 3.3 will run for 42 days, ending on 2026/12/02 06:00 (UTC+8)."

That does not extend the Phase II banners to December 2. Their printed end is still December 1 at 14:59 server time.

DeadlinePublished clockWhat to do
Phase I closesNovember 11, 11:59 server timeFinish any Phoenix or Velina searches before then
Phase II opensNovember 11, 12:00 server timeRecheck your channel target and settings before searching
Issue Fix Compensation claimNovember 20, 23:59 UTC+8Claim the 300 Polychrome in your mail before it lapses
Phase II closesDecember 1, 14:59 server timeDo not wait for the December 2 version-end time
Version 3.3 endsDecember 2, 06:00 UTC+8A version boundary, not a banner extension

The Phase I-to-II handoff is a one-minute gap on the printed timestamps, so you will not wait until the next day for Phase II. Still, don't leave your last intended pull for the final minute. Use the in-game countdown on your own server, especially if your local time differs from the server clock. Our Version 3.3 overview covers the rest of the update.

Does pity carry between the ZZZ 3.3 banners?

Yes, within each channel type. The Phase I notice confirms that Exclusive Channels share one guaranteed-Signal search count, and W-Engine Channels share another. The two counts never mix. HoYoverse's wording for the current Agent channels is:

"The Search count for guaranteed Signals is cumulative across all Exclusive Channels but is independent of and unaffected by other types of channels."

So switching between the Phoenix and Velina channels does not start a separate count for each Agent. The same applies when Phase I hands over to Severian and Norma on November 11: your Exclusive Channel count carries into Phase II. W-Engine Channels keep their own separate counter.

Carry-over does not stop the normal reset when you pull an S-Rank. Check your search records in-game instead of counting from memory. For the full mechanics, see our ZZZ pity system guide. We don't quote odds here. The W-Engine Channel rules are separate, and the in-game Details panel is the authority for them.

How do the S-Rank and A-Rank customization options work?

The current channel notice describes two separate selection features. Neither one lets you choose a featured limited Agent.

S-Rank Signal Customization: you select 6 S-Rank Agents or W-Engines for your non-featured pool. The notice says that if an S-Rank you pull is not the featured one, "it is guaranteed to be one of the 6 selected S-Rank Agents/W-Engines."

A-Rank Rate Up: you select 2 A-Rank Agents or W-Engines as the boosted A-Ranks. If you do not choose any, the channel's default A-Ranks apply.

These are separate pools. Picking six non-featured S-Ranks does not make them featured, and picking two A-Ranks does not affect your next S-Rank. Before you search, open the right channel and check the featured portrait and your customization choices. Repeat that when you switch from an Agent target to a W-Engine target. We do not list Phase II default A-Ranks yet, because HoYoverse has not published them.

How should you plan pulls across both phases?

Start from the team you can actually play, then set a priority order. A recurring banner question on the ZZZ subreddits this week was whether to take the current rerun or save for a later Agent. One reply in r/ZZZ_Official summed up the majority answer: "finish one team at a time." That is a better rule than treating the newest S-Rank as an automatic upgrade.

  • Pick one primary target. Write down the Agent you most want before you open a channel.
  • Check your supporting roster. Make sure you can field a working team now, and don't count on a second limited pull later.
  • Budget the W-Engine separately. The signature weapon has its own channel and its own pity count. It does not come with the Agent.
  • Hold resources for Phase II if it matters. If Severian or Norma is your priority, every Phase I search has a real cost, even though pity carries over.
  • Use the trial. "The Final Callback" audition stages let you play Phoenix and Velina until November 11 at 11:59 server time. You need Inter-Knot Lv. 8 and the Event feature unlocked in Main Story Prologue - Intermission, and first clears pay rewards on the results screen.

One misconception from those threads is worth correcting: no HoYoverse post gives a date for Velina's next rerun, so "you won't see her until next year" is a guess. The record we can verify points the other way. Velina's 3.3 rerun comes 126 days after her June 17 debut, and Norma's comes 126 days after her July 8 debut. Both beat the previous shortest gap in our census of past reruns, 133 days (Ju Fufu), by a week. A short previous gap still does not guarantee one in the future.

Another popular question was whether a character buff signals an upcoming rerun. Replies in the same threads pointed out that past buffs have not lined up reliably with reruns. Only a Limited-Time Channels notice confirms a banner.

Which free rewards can help before the banners close?

Three time-limited sources are tied to deadlines on this schedule:

SourceWindowReward and requirement
All-New ProgramAfter the 3.3 update to December 1, 03:59 server timeLog in for 7 days in total to receive 10 Encrypted Master Tapes. Inter-Knot Lv. 5 required.
Cyber Miracle Healer, on Duty!October 28, 10:00 to November 16, 03:59 server timeRepair stages pay Polychromes, Boopons and upgrade materials. Inter-Knot Lv. 20 required.
Advanced Bounty: Area PatrolNovember 4, 04:00 to November 9, 03:59 server timeDouble rewards on any cleared Area Patrol stage. Inter-Knot Lv. 21 and "Path of the Proxy I" required.

The All-New Program closes at 03:59 on December 1, which is 11 hours before Phase II closes at 14:59 that day. Don't leave your seventh login to the last day. The Cyber Miracle Healer notice lists Polychromes among its rewards, and its last day falls inside Phase II.

Official Advanced Bounty: Area Patrol event banner from Zenless Zone Zero 3.3

Advanced Bounty: Area Patrol runs from November 4 to November 9, closing two days before Phase I ends. HoYoverse says it gives "double rewards" on any cleared stage, with two challenges buffed each day.

Eligible accounts also get two compensation grants of 300 Polychrome each. Both require Inter-Knot Lv. 4 before October 21 at 06:00 UTC+8. Server Update Compensation can be claimed until 3.3 ends, but Issue Fix Compensation must be claimed before November 20 at 23:59 UTC+8. We don't add these up into a pull count, because eligibility and event progress differ by account. For the full 3.3 event calendar, see our ZZZ events guide.

What comes after the 3.3 banners?

Version 3.4 is next, but its banners are not published yet. Here is what is confirmed so far:

  • Version 3.3 ends December 2 at 06:00 UTC+8, according to the update announcement. HoYoverse has not published a 3.4 start time.
  • Sunbringer received an official Agent Record on October 23, and HoYoverse's Preview Showcase says she debuts in Version 3.4.
  • Kafka and Robin followed on October 24, both carrying a Honkai: Star Rail logo. HoYoverse says the collab is "on the way" but has not named its version.
  • No phase split or banner date is published for any of the three.

Over the last five versions, the Special Program aired 11 to 12 days before each launch. If 3.4 begins when 3.3 ends, that points to a broadcast around November 20 or 21. That is a projection, not a confirmed date. Our next ZZZ banner tracker and upcoming characters list will be updated when the 3.4 program airs. For every past lineup, see the ZZZ banner history.
